Workshops can be organized on request, with laboratory space available: in the past there have been workshops in earth-fired pottery and, for eight years now, in chamber music. We also offer a regular one-day cooking class.
We will be happy to provide expert teachers for courses in Tuscan cooking, Italian language, history of art, sketching and watercolour painting, ceramic decoration, horseback riding (English mount), herbs and wildflowers: all that is required is a nucleus of at least 6-8 people interested in the course.
For business groups, Montalto can offer a total of 15 bedrooms with private bath
and 7 that share a bathroom between two bedrooms. A meeting room can be set up either
as a small lecture hall (up to 50 seats) or with chairs around a large table (seats
16 comfortably). The many opportunities for leisure activities and the discreet,
non-commercial setting make the castle an ideal location for incentive premiums and
seminars.
While every house and apartment has its own kitchen and Montalto does not have a
restaurant, cooking can be provided for special groups, full or half-pension or special
dinners. Daily room service can also be arranged. We can set up tours to points of
interest and provide airport transfers as required. Please inquire if you have special
