San Giovanni Est is part of the San Giovanni building (which also includes San Giovanni Ovest and La Loggia), which is the most recently remodeled at Montalto. It is on the ground floor, and shares an entry with La Loggia.

Weekly rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Check in between 4 and 7 pm; check out by 10 am. Shorter stays (3 nights minimum) are accepted in Low and Medium seasons; in High season bookings for a minimum of 3 nights are accepted only 10 days before arrival. If booking two weeks or more, weeks after the first one benefit from a 20% discount.
