Reservations at Montalto are not complete without a booking deposit of 30% of the
full amount of rental.
This deposit will be returned - except for EU 45,00 (45 euro) per house reserved for
reservation expenses - up to three months before the scheduled date of arrival.
Within 3 months of the arrival date no refund is possible.
The rent balance is due and payable one month before arrival and cannot be returned after that date.
We strongly recommend, therefore, that you take out trip cancellation insurance. This can be had from one of the many qualified brokers that operate through the net - see, for example, www.insuremytrip.com and www.alltripinsurance.com - or from your own insurance broker, and it is not particularly expensive.
