Weeks starting on other days can be booked from November to March. Stays of less than one week (minimum 3 nights) will be accepted at day rates (equal to one fifth of the weekly rate) only if space is available at the last minute.
Discounts are available for long rentals.
Rental prices are per house, regardless of the number of occupants. However Italian laws require us to remain strictly within the limits of the authorized maximum number of occupants of each house or apartment.
An extra bed can be added at extra charge (where space permits) only for an infant or a child up to 12 years of age. Twin beds in place of a queen bed, or vice versa, can usually be supplied upon request.
High-chairs can be provided if available.
Pets are welcome, but require special permission and are not allowed in all houses, so please be sure to ask in advance.
A 30% booking deposit must confirm each reservation. The rent balance is due one month before arrival. Please be sure you have read and agree on our Cancellation policy before making your reservation.
Visa and Master cards are accepted. Please contact us and we will tell you how to make payments on-line.
Eurocheques and personal checks in U.S. dollars may also be acceptable:
tenants will be credited with the net amount we receive from our bank in Euro.
