From January 7 to March 14, 2013  Montalto is closed.

Renting Season 2013:

Low season is March 16 to March 27; April 4 to April 26; and October 4 to December 20.
Mid season is March 28 to April 3 (Easter week); April 27 to June 14; and September 7 to October 3.
High season is June 15 to September 6; from December 21 to January 7 (Winter festivities).

For weddings the months from May through September are considered high season.

Rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday, with some flexibility. Short stays (3 nights minimum) are accepted in Low and Medium seasons; in High season bookings for a minimum of 3 nights are accepted only 10 days before arrival. For bookings of two weeks or more, weeks after the first one benefit from a 20% discount.

Check in between 4 and 7 pm; check out by 10 am.

Rates include: kitchenware, sheets and towels (exchanged weekly), water, gas and electricity, firewood, use of the communal sports activities and normal final cleaning. Normal heating is included but there may be a surcharge during the coldest months. A Full Service Option is available, which includes daily cleaning and midweek change of sheets and towels: add 20% to rental price.

A 30% booking deposit must confirm each reservation. The rent balance is due one month before arrival. Please be sure you have read and agree to our Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy before making your reservation.
