Rates include kitchenware, sheets and towels (exchanged weekly), water, gas and electricity, firewood, use of the communal sports activities and normal final cleaning. Normal heating is included but there may be a surcharge during the coldest months. A Full Service Option is available, which includes daily cleaning and midweek change of sheets and towels: add 20% to rental price.
Weekly rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Check in between 4 and 7 pm; check out by 10 am. Shorter stays (3 nights minimum) are accepted in Low and Medium seasons; in High season bookings for a minimum of 3 nights are accepted only 10 days before arrival. If booking two weeks or more, weeks after the first one benefit from a 20% discount.
A 30% booking deposit must confirm each reservation. The rent balance is due one month before arrival. Please be sure you have read and agree to our Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy before making your reservation.
