La Loggia is the entire upper floor of the San Giovanni building (which also includes San Giovanni Est and San Giovanni Ovest on the ground floor), which is the most recently remodeled house at Montalto.

Renting Season 2013:

Low season is March 16 to March 27; April 4 to April 26; and October 4 to December 20.
Mid season is March 28 to April 3 (Easter week); April 27 to June 14; and September 7 to October 3.
High season is June 15 to September 6; from December 21 to January 7 (Winter festivities).

Rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday, with some flexibility. Short stays (3 nights minimum) are accepted in Low and Medium seasons; in High season bookings for a minimum of 3 nights are accepted only 10 days before arrival. For bookings of two weeks or more, weeks after the first one benefit from a 20% discount.
