Casa del Guardia used to be the game-keeper's ("guardia-caccia") house. Built on the hillside, it's a split-level, with a few steps up to the bedrooms and a few steps down to the kitchen.
- Ground Floor: Living room with window onto patio; large kitchen with fireplace and view over the valley; bedroom A with queen-size bed and private bathroom (shower over tub); Bedroom B with a queen-size bed; Bedroom C with two twin beds; second bathroom (also with shower over tub). All beds are modifiable on request.

Weekly rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Check in between 4 and 7 pm; check out by 10 am. Shorter stays (3 nights minimum) are accepted in Low and Medium seasons; in High season bookings for a minimum of 3 nights are accepted only 10 days before arrival. If booking two weeks or more, weeks after the first one benefit from a 20% discount.
