La Fattoria is an upstairs apartment above the reception, with access via a flight of stairs from the castle courtyard. An adjacent one-bedroom suite with bathroom and sitting room (but no kitchen) is available across the landing and can accommodate 2 more persons.
- Main Apartment: Living room with fireplace and kitchen/dining area; bedroom A with queen-size bed; bedroom B with twin beds and antique wash stand. Bathroom with shower over tub.
- Annex: Bedroom with queen bed separable into twins; sitting room with arm chair and small desk; 3 steps up to small bathroom with shower over tub.
- Amenities: Central heating; telephone; washing machine.

Weekly rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Check in between 4 and 7 pm; check out by 10 am. Shorter stays (3 nights minimum) are accepted in Low and Medium seasons; in High season bookings for a minimum of 3 nights are accepted only 10 days before arrival. If booking two weeks or more, weeks after the first one benefit from a 20% discount.
